Jimmy Moser is the heart and soul of Hometown Heroes Realty. He is a seasoned law enforcement officer who served his community here in the Treasure Valley for over 5 yrs in addition to 10 years in Los Angeles, CA. His unique experience, warm personality, integrity and tenacity gives him an edge in helping families to sell and/or find their dream home within a well-negotiated price. Jimmy has a strong work ethic and a strong love of God and family.
He has a deep admiration and respect for those men and women in positions in which they serve our communities, as any licensed or sworn professional that serves our communities. That is why a portion of every transaction goes back to our clients, our "Hometown Heroes."
The Moser Family moved from Southern California years ago and want to help others find their dream home and dream lifestyle as well, here in the beautiful Treasure Valley of Idaho!
Jimmy Moser
Jimmy graduated college with his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice Management. He worked for LA County Sheriff’s Department for ten years. The last five years in LA he was a detective. Jimmy moved his family to Boise in 2014 and served as a Boise Police Officer for five years. After that time, his passion to help others experience relocating to Idaho, took over and required full time committment to real estate! Jimmy loves serving and protecting his community, while building relationships and trust. Jimmy's wife is a Family Nurse Practitioner, who currently practices in East Boise. Since his move to Boise, Jimmy found himself loving showing friends and family around the community and directing them to the outdoors/activities that made Boise feel like home to he and his family. Jimmy felt led to obtain his real estate license in order to assist even more people accomplish the Boise Dream Life. Jimmy created a team name he felt best suited his desire. Jimmy's heart is to give back, help others and make clients home buying experience memorable.
Lauren Karnstedt
Lauren is a seasoned Broker and Realtor who recently joined Hometown Heroes Real Estate serving as an Executive Assistant.
Lauren has decades of experience in California Real Estate and Property Management.
Lauren moved to Idaho in 2021 with her husband, Charlie, and their 2 boys. She is eager to bring her excellent communication and savvy negotiation skills, as well as organization to HTH Real Estate.
When not working, she and her family enjoy camping, fishing, cooking and making memories with family and friends that are like family!
Leanna Moser
Leanna, Jimmy's wife, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who owns an integrative family practice (see www.Easttowestfamilymedicine.com and aesthetics center (see www.sculptaestheticsid.com) in the Treasure Valley. She also has an added interest, and an aesthetic eye, for home remodeling and designing. She has been a silent backbone to Hometown Heroes Realty, but is now in the process of pursuing her real estate license as well to support her husband in Hometown Heroes Realty, and help manage their many clients and friends! She brings a fresh, female perspective, design and organizational skills to the team!
